Chili – rose green tea truffle

The chilli – rose green tea truffle is a handmade truffle speciality from our DD (Douceur Doublée) range. To let the flavour of the Japanese rose green tea come through perfectly, we built one half of the cream on white chocolate. The dark chocolate in the other half of the truffle ball is spiked with ghost chilli … because we love mildly spicy flavours. As part of the design, a rose petal decorates the top of the truffle ball.
