Description
An orgy of flavours in a single small truffle ball. We filled a milk chocolate shell with a ganache cream made from soft caramel with a pinch of salt and velvety Baileys, then rolled it in caramelised wafer crumbs for extra pleasure. The result is unrivalled, sublime … words fail us!
