Apple pie bonbon

Description

This bonbon evokes one of our best childhood memories: tucking into fresh apple pie made with apples picked in our grandmothers’ gardens, at a kitchen table with a checked tablecloth. The fruity, cinnamon and buttery-pastry taste of the traditional Hungarian dessert comes through in the bonbon. We filled the cream, with dried apple pieces hidden inside, into sweet, softly melting milk chocolate shells.
